DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS 

Defective Replacements

If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please take a picture of the issue and email it to europe@vooray.com.

To help expedite the issuance of a replacement, please provide the following information with your pictures:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Current Shipping Address
  • Whether you'd like a replacement of the exact item, or if you'd like to apply the dollar amount towards a different product.

Your replacement will ship free.

Refunds or Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product or return it for a full refund, please ship your product along with a copy of your order confirmation to:

In order to receive a full refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back to your account.

SALE PRICE POLICIES

From time to time, Vooray reserves the right to offer promotions and discounts on select items. If you have purchased your item within the last 30 days of the item being offered for a lower price, you may apply for a refund to match the special pricing. This applies only to orders placed prior to listed price reductions. Please contact europe@vooray.com for related inquiries.

Vooray reserves the right to make certain sales final based on the discount amount. Such cases will include terms during the course of the sale.
